The Picture of Liam Neeson

In this episode we talk about a 90-minute toy ad called The Lego Movie and the latest of Marvel’s post-Avengers cycle of superhero movies Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier. I caught up with Errol Morris’ doco about Donald Rumsfeld The Unknown Known and Pete reports on Darren Aaronofsky’s biblical epic Noah.

Pete also went to see The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and discovered that there’s a thin line between watching a movie and just sitting for a couple of hours in a big room with lots of seats pointed at a wall.

For homework we have the classic animated short The Magic Portal, an early ‘Brickfilm‘ made with stop-motion and a lot of Lego.

So throw away the instructions, tip all your bricks onto this blanket and (wait, do you have any blue sixers there? And I need some more wheels. Here, take all my reds, I don’t need them) free your imagination with Pete and Justin on the Shoot The Glass podcast!
